There is accomodation for four people in one double and one twin bedroom. The 'office' could also be used as a very small extra bedroom if necessary. The duplex is fully equipped including a washing machine, cable TV, DVD player and CD player. There are outside seating areas on the ground floor, first floor and roof terrace/solarium. As well as the communal swimming pool, there is also a paddling pool which can be observed from the ground floor terrace. The whole complex is gated so it is secure and suitable for children. week Booking Requirements £100 deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable four weeks before departure. There are no extra charges for cleaning or utilites. We do not insist upon a Saturday to Saturday booking. We will do our best to cater for odd booking periods.
